What is the passage number of the cells I purchased?

At what passage are your human skMDC provided?

Our standard skMDC inventory is cryopreserved at passage 4. This process involves the cells being initially isolated and expanded which we call phase 1 (this is our ICS stock). After phase 1, we quality test to ensure the donor cells are qualified to be manufactured into viable cell samples.
Upon completion of phase 1 testing, a phase 2 expansion is performed, until the cells reach a certain confluence, normally passage 4.
